TEARMS AND CONDITIONS

 

All workshops and events advertised by us or promoted by third parties are sold subject to the following Booking Conditions.

 

  1. BOOKING PROCEDURE

  • On making a booking with us, each person traveling must accept the terms of these Booking Conditions.

  • Your booking is considered definite and a contract will exist between you and Just Yoga only when a letter of confirmation has been sent to you. No contract will exist between us prior to our issuing the confirmation letter.

 

2.  WORKSHOP PRICES

  • Workshop/retreat prices and what is included is stated individually for each workshop. 

 

  • 3. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

  • You can check-in after 3 pm on the scheduled date of your arrival unless you purchase an early check-in which is a subject to availability. 

  • Late arrivals after 8 pm must inform the hotel and we will find a solution how you can check-in and find your room.

  • You must check-out before 11 am on the scheduled date of departure unless you purchase a late check-out, this is always subject to availability. Please, inform the reception the day before.

  • A late check-out extends the stay in the hotel room until 2 pm and is charged 200 kr. 

  • Check-outs after 2 pm will be charged as an extra night.
     

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

5.1. CANCELLATION BY YOU

  • You (or any member of your party) may cancel your stay at any time providing that the cancellation is made by the person submitting the booking form and is communicated to us in writing. Cancellation will take effect the day such notification is sent. As this incurs administrative costs, we will refund you the paid fee proportionally.

Workshop cancellation

  • Cancellation time before the event start  - Refund of payment       
    More than 91 days - 90 % of payment
    90 to 15 days - 50% of payment
    14  - 8 days - 25% of payment
    Less than 7 days - payments are not refundable 

 

 

  • Upon delivering a medical record from a doctor, a 75% refund is guaranteed for announced cancellations before the workshop begins.

  • Once your holiday has commenced, no refund or part refund or unused portion of your holiday will be repaid in the event of cancellation by you. 

  • Cancellations of bookings made through other operators than through our websites, such as Booking.com, AirBNB, Novasol.no or Expedia, will be charged according to their stated policies.

Additional charges for parking and electric car charging:

  • Parking at the hotel is available for free for the guest participating our workshops

 

  • Charging of electric car is charged 240 NOK per 24 hours.

 

5.2 CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS BY US

  • Just Yoga reserves the right in any circumstances to cancel your stay in which case we will offer a refund in full.

  • It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your holiday, but we do plan the arrangements many months in advance. Occasionally, changes may have to be made (e.g. changes in the program, type of accommodation, yoga teacher), which we reserve the right to do at any time. Changes are normally minor, and we will advise you as soon as possible. If the type of your accommodation must be changed, we will do our utmost to provide accommodation of a similar or higher rating.

    Important Notes

  • Compensation will not be paid if Just Yoga is forced to cancel or in any way change your holiday due to war, the threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, technical or maintenance problems with transport, or other circumstances which amount to force majeure.

 

5.3. CANCELLATIONS RELATED TO COVID-19

 

CANCELLATION BY YOU

  • If you have to cancel your stay (workshop) due to strict regulations that your commune obliged you to follow, will Just Yoga offer you the opportunity to use the paid amount as credit valid for the following 12 months. 

 

CANCELLATION BY US

  • We strive our best to find alternative dates for all events that had to cancel due to any new governmental recommendations related to Covid-19. All participants are guaranteed a spot in the postponed event. In case you cannot attend on those new dates, can Just Yoga offer you a 100% credit valid for the following 12 months. 

  • If Just Yoga has to cancel an event because of Covid-19 restrictions without offering alternative dates for your event, will you be refunded in the full amount.

 

6. INSURANCE & HEALTH

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU HAVE FULL TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER MEDICAL EXPENSES AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS.

  1. You should have your own travel insurance and provide us with those details in case of emergency. You should also check with your doctor that you are sufficiently fit and healthy to undertake yoga classes and any other physical activity we have arranged, or you may arrange during your stay.

7. PASSPORTS, VISAS AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

  •  You are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid passport and any necessary visas and any necessary or required inoculations or other health requirements.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

  • All information will be used only for internal purposes and will not be shared with any third party. All information will be deleted after 2 years.
